Thermoform parts for small vehicles, electric vehicles, communal vehicles, building and forestry machines, emergency vehicles and the like are generally manufactured by us in small- and medium-size series. The number of parts is between 1 and 3,000 annually. In these cases there are generally no more suitable processes than the thermoform technologies used in semi-finished sheet products. Slight mould-making costs, the greatest flexibility, relatively reasonably priced parts and rapid availability are the most important advantages. The surfaces have the greatest value and surpass automobile-paint quality. For transparent parts there are settings for increased scratch-resistance and other functional surfaces.
